I believe the Arc Boss with electrical powers was Eneru/Enel, and I hated his stupid face. Rob Lucci was a much better villain. And Kaku. I-I really liked Kaku DON'T YOU FREAKING JUDGE ME THAT SQUARE NOSE IS HOT a-and those eyelashes eeeeee.

I'm glad I'm not the only one who didn't like Enel. EVERYONE LOVED HIM FOR SOME REASON and I just didn't and I couldn't figure out why.
Then I learned Oda apparently based him on Eminem.
